- Pasta: Covered in drenched with butter, cream and parmesan cheese. Again, loaded in fat and calories. Aportion the size of your fist, and lets be real, who is stopping at a fistful, can contain over 500+ calories and over 30 grams of total fat.
- Sausage:Â Another artery clogging fat and calorie buster.
- Fried chicken: Just one fried chicken breast has nearly 400 calories and 22 grams of fat.
- Canned cheese: Two tablespoons have 21 grams of fat, 13 grams of which are saturated.
- French fries:Â A six ounce serving contains 570 calories, half of which are from fat!
- White bread. Like all processed foods, there is little nutritional benefit and loads of carbohydrates.
- Soda: Loaded in sugar, calories and chemicals it simply has no place in a healthy diet.
