The Claims:
The background story sounded familiar, so did the ingredients. It turns out that this is the exact same product as Orovo! We regret to report that we are not sure if these are the same products, or if Lipovox is a cheap knock-off of Orovo.

The Directions:
The Web Design Team must be spending their time working on new names for the same product, but they still haven’t gotten around to putting directions on the web site. Once again, we were unable to contact the company because there are no phone numbers.

The Price:
$39.99 for a one month bottle. This is half the price of Orovo.

DAI’s Bottom Line:
With the same ingredients as Orovo, this supplement has some of the ingredients you would expect to see in a weight-loss product, it is simply is hard to take at face value that it can live up to its outrageous claims. The claims have been toned down a bit from the Orovo website, but they still promise to help you lose weight, clear up acne, and reduce wrinkles. We always warn people to be very careful when ordering from companies that do not put their phone numbers on their websites. In the case of Lipovox, we can not stress this enough… They do not even have a physical address on the website. If the product doesn’t work for you, where are you going to return the bottles? There’s no phone number, so you’re just going to have to hope that someone reads your email and responds. We strongly recommend that you pass.

Tips to help enhance your weight loss:

1. Eat frequently and eat slowly. A safe and healthy way to lose weight is to eat smaller meals and to eat frequently throughout the day. This keeps your body’s metabolism working. Eating slowly gives our bodies time to tell us that they are full before we’ve eaten more than we need.

2. Eat more raw fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Eating unprocessed foods, fruits, vegetables and whole grains is best for your metabolism and will help aid in weight loss. Processed food contains toxins that are dangerous for our bodies and compromise the productivity of our digestive systems.

3. Increase exercise. With today’s busy schedules, it’s often not easy to increase the amount of exercise we do. However, you can make small incremental changes to your lifestyle to increase the amount of exercise you do such as taking the stairs instead of the escalator and walking instead of driving to local destinations. Try picking up an exercise routine to do at home if you do not have time to go to a gym. If you do exercise, make sure it is on a regular schedule and participate in both aerobic and strength building activities, so your body will begin to burn calories at a higher rate even after you’re done exercising.

4. Take it easy. When you are starting a new diet and exercise program make adjustments slowly and at a rate that your mind and body can work with. Sudden changes to diet and exercise are more likely to put you in a state of shock leading to discouragement and failure.
