Most customers will take 2 capsules when they wake up on an empty stomach and have breakfast an hour or two afterwards. Later in the afternoon, they will take the last capsule and then have lunch an hour or two afterwards.

DAI’s Bottom Line:
The product contains Advantra Z and Hoodia, but the supplement facts panel is not disclosed on the products website, so there’s no way to know how much is included. Their website refers to the “proven” effectiveness of certain ingredients, but no clinical results are included. Some of the ingredient facts contain statements that are not exactly well-established. The website contains many customer testimonials and before and after pictures, but a quick check online shows many people have serious complaints with poor customer service.
