The Claims:
Remedilean addresses two important aspects of weight loss; hunger and metabolism with Hoodia and Advantra Z. Boosting metabolism increases the breakdown of fat, and with an ingredient like Advantra Z, you also get the benefits of appetite suppression. This product also uses Green Tea Extract, Metabromine, and caffeine to help power their formulation.

The Directions: (taken directly from their website)
Directions For Use: Start with three capsules daily, 2 capsules in the morning and 1 capsule in the afternoon. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day.

$44.95 for 1 month supply.
Note: If you increase dose to 6 caps per day, each bottle will only last 15 days.

DAI’s Bottom Line:
Ingredients like Hoodia Gordonii and Advantra Z are well known ingredients throughout the diet industry. However, we were concerned about the amount of caffeine-like ingredients that are contained within this product. Claims on the web site indicate Remediliean contains the right amount of stimulants, however when you have ingredients like Caffeine, Green Tea Extract, Advantra Z, and Metabromine that all have Caffeine-like effects, we feel as though this product might give consumers a jittery, troublesome dieting experience. Another factor we found alarming with the ingredients is we were not quite sure if the Hoodia Gordonii is authentic. We look for products the contain Hoodia Gordonii to provide a C.I.T.E.S certificate to certify that it is from South Africa. Remedilean has a statement in their FAQ page that says “We have documents certifying the origination of our Hoodia as being from Africa.” Well, where are they? Much of the website’s credibility is lost there.

1. Eat frequently and eat slowly. A safe and healthy way to lose weight is to eat smaller meals and to eat frequently throughout the day. This keeps your body’s metabolism working. Eating slowly gives our bodies time to tell us that they are full before we’ve eaten more than we need.

2. Eat more raw fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Eating unprocessed foods, fruits, vegetables and whole grains is best for your metabolism and will help aid in weight loss. Processed food contains toxins that are dangerous for our bodies and compromise the productivity of our digestive systems.

3. Increase exercise. With today’s busy schedules, it’s often not easy to increase the amount of exercise we do. However, you can make small incremental changes to your lifestyle to increase the amount of exercise you do such as taking the stairs instead of the escalator and walking instead of driving to local destinations. Try picking up an exercise routine to do at home if you do not have time to go to a gym. If you do exercise, make sure it is on a regular schedule and participate in both aerobic and strength building activities, so your body will begin to burn calories at a higher rate even after you’re done exercising.

4. Take it easy. When you are starting a new diet and exercise program make adjustments slowly and at a rate that your mind and body can work with. Sudden changes to diet and exercise are more likely to put you in a state of shock leading to discouragement and failure.
